‘Imagine your car breaking down on the side of a busy road in the dark, when your phone is low on battery and texting is your only means of communication due to hearing loss…’

That’s what happened to me! It was such a daunting experience and it certainly didn’t help having a hearing loss at the time. I wrote a Phonak blog about it, so I could share it with you all.
