I finish my current job this week and I’ve been searching for jobs for months and I’ve not been successful yet. However, it’s sparked a blog idea!

I’ve noticed that deaf people often struggle when it comes to employment, so here’s:

 ‘7 Tips for Perfecting your Résumé’

(or if you’re British, perfecting your C.V!)

I’ve also heard from the social networks I’m on, and also through my deaf friends that some worry about how their deafness might affect their chances of getting employed. There’s also that debate about whether or not you should state your deafness on your C.V. In the end, there’s no right or wrong answer, it’s down to the deaf person to make that decision.
